Xochitl was a first time mama who rocked her birth. A foley bulb induction earlier in the day led to a very early morning at the Bloom Well Birth Center. Xochitl was so controlled and patient, moving freely from the bed to the tub to the shower and back to the bed again. Out of hospital births can allow mama so much more freedom to labor intuitively. She had great support from her doula, midwife, birth assistant and her husband. Little Zyanya was welcomed into the world during the bright, sunlit morning hours.
